About Louise...

I work with ambitious women to change their mindset through great food.

Bad eating habits often build up over many years, it is so easy to become addicted to fast food and take-away's, then go on a crash diet to try to lose weight. This yo-yo dieting can be so destructive!

I can help put an end to this cycle. I do this by working on mindset around food and re framing past habits and negative experiences. Teaching you how to eat well to be healthy and happy - forever!

I run both group programmes and 1-2-1 sessions.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from The University of Plymouth, and I am also an NLP Practitioner. I have worked both in the NHS and private practice.

Whilst I'd love everyone to be on my programmes, if you're under any form of treatment / taking any medication / or have any current ailments it is always best to consult your GP before embarking on any weight loss programme.
